At one end there is a large fireplace with wood burning stove, soft furnishings, including a double sofabed, and a large screen HDTV with YouView and Netflix, a DVD, I-Pod Dock, PS2 Game Console and free Wi-Fi. At the other end there is a modern fitted kitchen with oven/hob, fridge, dishwasher and microwave.
In between there is a dining area with a long work-top table and bar stools either side. A washing machine/tumble dryer and freezer are available in a small utility room with restricted height under the mezzanine floor. The bathroom is on the ground floor and is equipped with a modern drench shower unit, under-floor heating and a heated cupboard for linen.
Cooking is by electricity, and heating is by oil-fired boiler and wood burning stove. Bed linen and towels are provided, and a cot and high chair if required. No smoking is allowed inside the property and dogs by pre-arrangement only.
